CHALLENGE
With aggressive growth planned for the northeast, Bob's needed a more robust web presence to support an increased number of stores and drive foot-traffic. As the business grew, the Company had reached a point where their interactive strategy needed constant attention and an extensive skill set. Among their business needs were:

    To ensure that progress was continually made, we constantly evaluated and re-evaluated the performance of the site including traffic reports, e-commerce reporting, and customer feedback. Since first engaging in 1999, we have used this information to continually improve the site and customer experience.

    RESULTS
    In collaboration with Bob's managers, Digital Bungalow redesigned the web site (http://www.mybobs.com) to enhance the online image and to accurately personify the Bob's brand. In addition, Bob's has witnessed tremendous interest from both new and existing customers. Over the past 18 months, there have been over 30,000 downloads of directions to the various Bob's Discount Furniture locations. With over 20,000 user email addresses, we have been able to encourage web visitors to visit Bob's stores and become customers.

    In addition, the online sales have given Bob's a significant boost in revenue through sales of gift cards and products. With thousands of users visiting the site each day, we are able to support advertising efforts by giving users a taste of bobs with just a click of their mouse.
