CHALLENGE
With a strong brand identity and awareness, iParty needed a means of communicating with its customers on a regular yet cost-effective basis. While essential, direct mail is expensive and tedious.

Through in-store sign ups, iParty had accumulated an extensive yet dated email list and had yet to act on this vast amount of data.

SOLUTION
Through a constant campaign, Digital Bungalow set up an in-depth communication system to promote iParty, its products, and its promotions. Through email marketing, we were able to determine data that included open rates, click through rates, undeliverables, and unsubscribes. With the ease and cost-effectiveness of email marketing, iParty has been able to gain better metrics on its campaigns while realizing significant savings over direct mail.

In addition, we developed www.funatiparty.com as a means to gather customer feedback, promote specials, post polls, and develop the brand on a seasonal basis.

To ensure that progress was continually made, we constantly evaluated and re-evaluated the performance of the site including traffic reports, e-commerce reporting, and customer feedback. We have used this information to continually improve the site and customer experience.

RESULTS
Over the first year of the engagement, iParty's savings were so significant that they paid for the entire campaign. They've also been able to clearly see what content drives the most activity and target messages based on click through rates.

Ongoing work includes continued email campaigns, gift card sales online, and further expansion of its email list, both in size and intelligence.
