Digital Bungalow, Inc. ("DB") is an interactive agency that specializes in web & print design, web development, custom applications, and consulting services. The website, www.digitalbungalow.com ("DB ONLINE"), provides visitors and clients ("USERS") information about the company and its services. The website may occasionally feature surveys, contests, polls, etc…USERS may occasionally use the website to register for special elements offered on DB ONLINE.
USERS of DB ONLINE must comply with all of the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement. The right to view and use DB ONLINE is personal to the individual USER. The USER is responsible for all use of DB ONLINE, including registering or participating in any interactive features.
By visiting DB ONLINE, USERS agree that the use of DB ONLINE is at the USERS' sole risk. DB ONLINE is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free. DB ONLINE is available on an "as is" basis. DB is not liable for any damages or injury caused by DB ONLINE performance failure, connection failure, error, interruption, deletion, virus, etc…
CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
DB has the right to modify or eliminate any feature on DB ONLINE, including content, functionality, supported platforms / browsers / applications / etc, or equipment needed for access and use.
DB has the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to USERS. DB will not notify the USER if the terms and conditions are altered. The USER is responsible to check back with this agreement to see if it has been updated. Concluding all terms and conditions, the date of the last update will be provided.
EQUIPMENT
USERS are responsible for possessing all materials required to access DB ONLINE, including computer hardware and Internet service providers. DB is not liable for any malfunctions or problems with the USERS' materials for (or after) accessing DB ONLINE.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
DB respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our USERS to do the same. USERS shall not copy, use, modify, publish, or transmit DB materials, such as text, graphics, photos, animations, audio, video, etc… for commercial use. USERS do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading DB materials. USERS must seek written permission for the use of any DB ONLINE materials.
LINKS
DB ONLINE may provide, links to other websites or resources. DB ONLINE has no control over such websites and resources, so DB is not responsible for the availability, content, products, services, advertisements, etc… on other websites.
GIVE AWAYS (I.E. LASERPOINTER)
DB may on occasion offer free services or products, which are available on a "first come, first serve" basis. Since these free services or products are limited in quantity, not every USER who requests to receive one will get one. DB is not liable if a free service or product becomes unavailable to the USER.
